CPSR & Documentation Requests

Safety Data Sheets (SDS), where applicable, are made available via the customer’s online dashboard once an order has been processed and marked as complete by us, along with any additional documentation issued by our suppliers.

Please note that IFRA conformity certificates and Annex III allergen declarations are generally not issued for single aroma chemicals. While some manufacturers may choose to provide additional documentation, many do not, and such documents are not required under UK or EU cosmetic law for individual raw aroma materials.

For CPSR purposes, a qualified Cosmetic Safety Assessor will normally complete the assessment using the SDS documentation for each raw material together with the finished formulation and its usage levels. Supplier-issued IFRA or allergen certificates for individual aroma chemicals are therefore not required to complete a CPSR.
