Primarily grown in the fertile valleys of southern and central Bulgaria, such as the Rose Valley and Thracian Plain; Bulgaria’s climate, with hot summers and cool winters, along with rich soil, provides ideal growing conditions.

Bulgarian lavender essential oil is considered more refined and less camphorous than other varieties like French or Spike lavender.
