Cinnamalva is an extremely powerful aroma molecule designed for use at very low concentrations; typically used in trace amounts, so precise dosing is essential.

Cinnamalva belongs to the nitrile family. This structure provides superior stability compared to natural cinnamon oil, while also contributing a dry, metallic edge. The effect is sharp and intensely diffusive rather than soft or gourmand.
