Slightly more chocolaty and much more powerful than Vanillin, making it a cost-effective alternative.

Often used to substitute Vanillin where discolouration occurs. Discolouration can be reduced and the sweetness of the Vanilla is maintained although there is likely to be a loss in the physical fixation effect.
