Evernyl Veramoss 10
Oakmoss is a natural ingredient commonly used in perfumery and fragrance products. It has a distinct earthy, woody, and mossy smell that is often described as rich, damp, and slightly sweet. Like Oakmoss, this material adds depth and complexity to fragrances. Its recent relevance lies in its continued use in perfumes and the growing demand for natural and botanical scents in the fragrance industry.
When used together with natural oakmoss, this material can create a highly effective imitation of a traditional Fougère. However, it should be noted that it is not a complete substitute for oakmoss on its own. Nevertheless, this beautifully versatile material plays a vital role as one of the key odour components in Mousse de Chene Absolu, otherwise known as oakmoss absolute.
The raw material is a crystalline powder that can be white or beige in colour.
Notably long-lasting, it offers incredible fixative properties to any blend.
An exceptional fixative.
