Fixateur 505 E 1 brings to life a strong and life like representation of true Ambergris with its animalic character, not found in Ambroxan. Very powerful dry, woody, earthy, ambergris with an extremely tenacious odour profile.Â
Firmenich used to have several versions of Fixateur; but they have all been consolidated to 505E. All of the Fixateur family contained AMBROX® and were originally created to facilitate the use of AMBROX® whilst it was a captive ingredient.
An iconic base material widely used in perfumery since the introduction by Firmenich as part of their original showcase for the; then captive AMBROX® DL.
