Nerolidol N also enhances fruit flavours by adding a pleasant floral and fruity profile, complemented by a captivating woody undertone. It is present in ginger, jasmine, lavender, lemon grass, and cannabis and particularly popular in tea and peach flavours, but also adds a delightful touch to raspberry and other floral fruit flavours.
