Bois De Chêne Signature Absolute France Biolandes
Oakwood Absolute
A beautifully luxurious woody, aged oak barrel material with boozy and freshly carved wood nuances.
The quality oak used for this material is sourced from the expansive forests of the Allier region in France.
These century-old oaks, harvested from certified forests, are specifically cultivated to craft barrels and casks for aging premium wines.
After being stored and dried for over a year, the wood is meticulously cut into staves.
Once appropriately aged, it releases high-quality tannins, enhancing the wine maturation process within the barrels.
Biolandes collaborates with a Bordeaux cooperage to repurpose by-products from the oak cask production, processing them at their facility in southwestern France to create this top-tier luxurious extract.
This is a very viscous (thick) brown liquid.
