Methyl Anthranilate
Methyl Anthranilate is an organic compound. It’s a methyl ester of anthranilic acid, and it’s known for its strong, fruity, grape-like odour.
It is strong and sweet; reminiscent of grape Kool-Aid or Concord grapes.
Methyl Anthranilate occurs naturally in several plants, including Concord Grapes, Oranges, Jasmine, Gardenia & Strawberry.
Typical Uses:
- Flavoring agent: Common in candy, soda, and chewing gum, especially grape-flavored products.
- Fragrance industry: Used in perfumes and cosmetics for its sweet, floral note.
- Bird repellent: Acts as a natural bird deterrent in agriculture, often sprayed on crops (non-toxic to humans)

| Ethyl Maltol | 15% | Sweet, caramelized strawberry-sugar nuance |
| Cis-3-Hexenyl Acetate | 5% | Fresh green leaf/stem, adds realism |
| Gamma Undecalactone | 2% | Creamy peachy undertone, adds depth and body |
| Dimethyl Benzyl Carbinyl Acetate (DMBCA) | 3% | Floral-fruity, smoothens blend |
| ISO E Super | 5% | Soft diffusion and radiance |
| Hedione | 5% | Floral transparency, makes the whole thing bloom |
Our methyl anthranilate is a high-purity aromatic compound prized for its rich, fruity fragrance and versatile use in flavors, fragrances, and specialty applications.
Because it has a melting point of around 24–25 °C, it may occasionally crystallise or solidify if stored in cooler conditions or during shipping. This is completely normal and actually reflects the exceptional purity of the product.
Crystallisation does not affect its quality, aroma, or performance. To return it to its usual liquid state, simply allow the bottle to warm to room temperature, or place it briefly in warm (not hot) water. Once warmed, it will regain its smooth, liquid form, ready for use.

Anis Dadou –
By itself, synthetic grape, extremely powerful and long lasting (for it’s class). Used in small amounts in many floral recreations. Very easy to overdo, and will ruin a fragrance very easily when overdosed where it sticks out like a sore thumb
