Styralyl Acetate
Styralyl acetate carries a distinctive sweet rhubarb scent with petal-like nuances, blending fruity and floral notes.
Like many esters, it acts as a powerful top note, typically used in trace amounts to create an immediate and charming impact upon application.
Although prized today for its rhubarb-like aroma, its traditional role lies in building floral accords and bases—most notably in Gardenia compositions, but also in Rose Jasmine, Hyacinth, and Lilac.
