Slightly more chocolaty than Vanillin, but much more powerful.
Outstanding tenacity. The power is demonstrated in dilutions of this material.
Often used to substitute Vanillin. The sweetness of Vanilla is maintained although there is likely to be a loss in the physical fixation effect.
