Calone crystals refer to the solid form of Watermelon Ketone (Calone 1951), a synthetic aromatic compound widely used in perfumery. It was also developed by Firmenich as a powdery crystallised solid in its pure form.

It is a marine or ozonic fragrance ingredient known for its fresh, watery scent with hints of melon and cucumber.

This unusually unique odourant possesses intense ozonic and marine notes with beautiful floral overtones.
