Patchone
Patchone is a crystallised flaky solid.
It is a synthetic fragrance ingredient widely used in perfumery for its distinctive woody, camphoraceous, and patchouli-like aroma.
Patchone imparts a woody, pine-like, balsamic scent with camphoraceous and minty nuances and is often utilised to enhance coniferous, patchouli, rose, violet, and tea accords.
It is also employed to dry down certain floral notes and is found in spring flower and citrus-grapefruit compositions.
This compound is not found in nature and is produced synthetically.
